Marketing is that social and managerial process geared at satisfying needs and expectations through processes of creation and exchange of product and values. It is the art and science of identifying, creating and providing value to satisfy the needs of a target market.
Specifically, it consists of analysing, programming, realizing and controlling projects to achieve business objectives. It aims, above all, at adjusting the offer of products or services to the needs and requirements of the markets and to the effective use of techniques to determine price, communication and distribution to inform, motivate and serve the market.
In addition to the customer service department, geared at taking on and speeding up the technical-commercial information, UFS has opened a marketing office to set-up, coordinate and diffuse information for an increasingly global market.
