Each UFS plant is dedicated to a specific stage of production, with dedicated machinery, expertise and controls.
- Site 1 – Design, production, technical office, metrology laboratory B (functional and thread checks), grinding, finishing, painting and marking. Management, logistics and administrative offices, planning, HR, quality and safety. Finished goods warehouse.
- Site 2 – Research & development, metrology laboratory C (functional and service-life checks on coated products), PVD coatings.
- Site 3 – Blanks, turning, heat treatments, metrology laboratory A (analysis and inspection of incoming and hardened material). Customer service, sales office. Raw materials warehouse.
